Preconstruction

TQF South uses the latest technology in video by using 360-degree view cameras for preconstruction documentation. The video and photographs can be downloaded on Google Street View (or Google Street View-like) for roadway preconstruction and virtual tours of residential and commercial properties at our clients’ request. Virtual tours and Google Street View help our clients quickly access needed preconstruction documentation whenever needed. We will submit all photographs and raw and edited video data onto a portable hard drive. All reports and logged inspection data can be easily accessed and exported into an Excel file in our FAST client portal.

The seismographs are programmed to record maximum peak particle velocity (PPV) data every minute and collect waveform data when PPV exceeds pre-set limits. An alert will be emailed to designated personnel if the threshold levels are reached. This proactive approach enables us to identify the source of vibrations and trigger SMS alarms when vibration levels established by the district are exceeded, ensuring prompt action on potential issues.

The deployment of the monitors would include placing and securing the monitoring equipment. Setup work would also include verifying equipment function and that the included cellular modem is communicating with the host. TQF South will remove the equipment at the end of the monitoring period. Regular weekly maintenance would consist of checking the power and operation of the equipment and making any needed adjustments to the equipment setup. Data can be supplied daily via email and/or a weekly summary report. The weekly report would include a summary of the previous week’s readings and provide up-to-date information for your use.”
