FAST or Field and Services Tracking is our self-developed online information tracking system paired with a field application for Inspector and Technicians to provided inspection and test reports daily in an organized manner. Our clients are given a portal to our Field and Services report website. In our FAST system, a log of the report data is automatically inputted and easily exported to an Excel file for their use. We created the logging system to help our clients with easy report retrieval, production logs, and project closeouts. TQF South prides itself on fast response, quality work, and report deliveries to reduce project closeout costs.
Reporting:
Each inspector/ technician will provide detailed daily reports describing the work inspected. Each report shall reference the plan sheets and details on the approved documents used as a basis for inspection and shall include a systematic list of accepted and rejected welds, parts, or joints. Field inspection reports will also document locations by structure grid line, elevation, or other acceptable means.
All reports shall be transmitted to the client and stored on the FAST client portal. On the day of the inspection, the inspectors/technicians will notify the client of any non-conforming items that need to be repaired by the end of the shift.
